INTRODUCING OUR SALES TEAM
After a year of significant growth, we’ve got some new people on the team. That means introductions are in order.
The most engaging, authentic ‘sales’ team you’ll meet
It’s important to us that every person who talks to us about a DROP Structure walks away feeling good about the interaction – whether they choose to buy or not. Our whole sales team is founded on the principle ‘relationship over sales.’ That’s why it’s so important to us that you know who they are, so when you call you can put a face to the voice on the other end of the call.
So, without further ado...
Conor McGregor
Business Development Director
As soon as Ryan met Conor, he knew he would hire him.
Part of that was probably his English accent, but it was more than his mellifluous voice and name with brand recognition that attracted Ryan. After a few conversations about sales, Ryan knew his approach fit with our company culture perfectly.
“For me, sales isn't about making someone buy something. It’s about guiding the customer to the best solution for their needs, even if that means not buying something from us.”
Plus, his history in the field brought some much-needed experience to our team.
That experience and relationship-first approach has helped us refine our client experience. As we have grown, Conor has taken on a larger role to move from sales to Business Development Director.
Along with creating relationships with customers, he now works to foster collaborations with other businesses that will build both brands.
Ryan Abernathy
Founder/CEO/Photographer/Man with many hats
Of course, you all know Ryan, the founder of DROP Structures and our fearless leader. He’s been here since the beginning. In fact, one of our earliest blog posts, when we were just a young startup with more potential than money, is an interview with Ryan

Building relationships one person at a time
Creating strong relationships with our clients is half our job – the other half is building and delivering the units.
It’s this philosophy that has helped us grow from delivering a few units a year to shipping DROP Structures across the continent.
Because of that, we will always believe that creating that relationship is as important as the product we are selling. So, we’ll continue to hire the best customer service and sales team we can afford, and introduce them each so when you call you never talk to a stranger.
